At Tringify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for our subscriptions, marketplace purchases, and services.
1. Subscription Refunds
All Tringify subscription plans come with a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged and may cancel at any time without penalty.
If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first paid billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
2. Theme & Template Purchases
Themes and templates purchased from the Tringify Themes marketplace are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the theme has not been published to a live storefront.
If a theme is materially different from its listing description or contains critical defects that the developer cannot resolve within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 14-day window.
Custom themes built by third-party developers through Tringify are subject to the refund terms agreed upon between you and the developer.
3. App & Plugin Purchases
Free apps may be uninstalled at any time. Paid apps purchased from the Tringify App Store are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the app does not function as described.
Recurring app subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for app subscriptions follow the same 30-day policy as platform subscriptions.
In-app purchases made within third-party apps are governed by the respective app developer's refund policy. Tringify will assist in mediating disputes when necessary.
4. Domain Purchases
Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry. This is an industry-standard policy as domain registrations cannot be reversed.
If a domain registration fails due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued automatically within 5–10 business days.
5. Tringify Plus & Enterprise
Tringify Plus and Enterprise plans are subject to the refund terms outlined in your service agreement. Annual contracts may include early termination fees as specified in the agreement.
If you are dissatisfied with Tringify Plus within the first 60 days, contact your account manager to discuss resolution options, which may include a pro-rated refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@tringify.com or through the Help Center. Please include your account email, the item or subscription in question, and the reason for your refund request.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Store Agreement.
Promotional credits, gift cards, and bonus credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
